giardiniera with lots of crunch veg like cauliflower is the best kinda. I always dig around for that and live the other things to my dad when he makes his giardiniera

I just seeded celery in the greenhouse for the fall. It’s my first real tangle with it, but I’m feeling hopeful! Thank you for sharing the striving and the beauty.

Ahhhh good luck! I'm planning on seeding it for the fall this coming week. Fall/winter celery is my favorite! Even better than summer celery.
